The apartments consist of: a living room – kitchen, spacious bedroom
with large closet, balcony and WC.
They are available unfurnished for long term rent by university students and young professionals.
The building is well insulated, with double glazing with screens, and heated by radiators that you can control by means of a thermostat.
Each apartment also has 2 A/C units which offer an alternative heating source, as well as cooling.
The building offers shared free Wi – Fi.
